It is very common to have large voids under concrete slabs due to water washing out the soil or a lack of compaction from when the slab was poured. Either way, we can easily fill those large voids and provide support under the slab to try and prevent any future cracking and sinking.
Cracks in basement foundation walls are a common problem. Many of them do not leak, but when the snow melts, it rains hard or the water table rises, this can lead to flooding in your basement or other concrete structure. We inject those cracks with polyurethane grout to seal them up.
